Terms of Service – Hunter Meat Storage
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") outlines the conditions for storing wild game meat at any of the storage facilities associated or recommended (each, a “Facility”) by Alaska Trophy Express, LLC. By using their meat storage services, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Service
The Facility provides freezer storage only for legally harvested wild game meat. The Facility does not provide meat processing. The Facility is a separate business and transport fees from Alaska Trophy Express do not cover any storage fees. Client is responsible for and shall pay any and all storage fees charged by the Facility. This offer may be accepted only on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Alaska Trophy Express will not be bound by any additional or inconsistent terms contained in a purchase order or other document unless expressly agreed in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Alaska Trophy Express.
2. Client Responsibilities

Meat must be properly field dressed, cleaned, and packaged prior to drop-off or pick up.

Client covenants and agrees that the meat stored at each Facility was harvested legally and in compliance with all applicable local and state regulations. In no event shall Alaska Trophy Express be liable for any violations related thereto.

Client is responsible for accurate labeling of stored product(s) (name, species, date of drop-off).

Clean brains out of skulls that plan to be euro mounted. Additionally cleaning fees will be applied if not cleaned, in Alaska Trophy Express’ sole discretion
3. Storage Duration & Fees

Storage fees are based on a per animal rate, as determined by each Facility.

All payments will need to be made before Alaska Trophy Express picks up from the Facility.

Any unpaid invoices will be donated to the Facility. Additionally, unpaid invoices may accrue late fees and interest, as permitted by law, in the discretion of Alaska Trophy Express. Client agrees to be responsible for and pay the same.
4. Risk & Liability

Neither the Facility nor Alaska Trophy Express is responsible for spoilage, loss, or damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper field handling, improper packaging, power outages, equipment failure, acts of God, wildlife-related contamination, or other causes beyond the Facility’s reasonable control. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Facility and Alaska Trophy Express from any and all claims, damages or causes of action related thereto.

Client, on behalf of itself and its heirs, successors, clients and assigns, understands that wild game meat is not inspected or regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and accepts all risks associated with storage and later consumption.

To the fullest extent permitted under Alaska law, Client releases, waives, and discharges the Facility, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action whatsoever arising from the storage or consumption of the meat stored at the Facility.

The Facility’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount of storage fees actually paid by the Client for the specific meat in question.

Client assumes all risk related to the quality, safety, and consumption of stored meat.

In no event shall either party hereto be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits incurred by the other party hereto.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Alaska].
Any dispute hereunder shall be venued in [Anchorage], State of [Alaska]. In the event of any dispute hereunder, the non-prevailing party shall pay all fees and costs (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by the prevailing party.
